Statistical information regarding housing within the Mahaska Community is available through several resources including area Realtors and the Oskaloosa Housing and Community Development office. The office is located in the lower level of City Hall and has two basic divisions: Oskaloosa Housing Trust Fund and Section 8 Rent Assistance. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12 noon and 1 to 5 p.m.
